Step 1: Check on the individuals you work for to assess any needs they may have.
Step 2: Do jumping jacks, high knees, squats etc.
Step 3: Do just one chore.
Step 4: Take a sip of your preferred drink... (obviously a dr. pepper)
Step 5: Take pictures of the cat. (See pictures below)
Step 6: Look at pinterest/read a book/sing to the radio/something to reward yourself.
Step 7: Repeat every half hour.
If followed, these steps will insure a fully energized night with no droopy eyes.
